"I really wanted to like this brand..."
I really wanted to like this brand, but I just couldn’t find enough clear info. Like, where is everything actually made? What materials are they really using? There were lots and lots of vague claims about being ethical, but not much actual proof or detail behind it. If you’re going to market yourself as a sustainable brand, I feel like you need to be way more transparent than this.
"Just didn’t feel right on me"
I wanted to like this, but pretty much as soon as I put it on, my gut reaction was that it just wasn’t going to work for me. The fabric felt a little rough against my skin, and after wearing it for a short bit, it started sitting weird too.
For the price, I was expecting something way softer and more comfortable. I ended up taking it off quickly because it just felt off, and I wouldn’t buy it again...

"Shipping took way too long"
The shipping was painfully slow. I kept waiting and waiting, and it just felt like it took forever to arrive. Not exactly the first experience I was hoping for, and it was frustrating.

"Return process was honestly unfair"
I just wanted to exchange an item for a different size because it didn’t fit, and somehow it turned into a whole ordeal. The replies took forever, the instructions were confusing, and I felt like I was the one doing all the work just to get a basic answer. That’s not really how customers should be treated, especially when it’s a simple size issue. By the time they finally got back to me, I didn’t even want the item anymore. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"The whole page feels like a messy little..."
The whole page feels like a messy little “where’s the content?” adventure. The layout is all over the place, and reading through it is harder than it needs to be. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely giving off big clutter monster energy.

"I just don’t think it was worth..."
I just don’t think it was worth the money. The prices felt really high, really high, for what I actually got. The quality was okay at best, but nothing about it made me feel like the cost made sense. I felt like I was paying extra just to pay extra. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"A reminder that timely support matters"
Support was slow to get back to me, and I ended up having to send extra messages just to keep things moving. It wasn’t a great experience for me. I guess it reminded me how much good communication shapes the whole impression of a service...

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size, but for some reason it fit completely different than I expected. It was tight in a few places and weirdly loose in others, so it just didn’t feel right at all. I thought about returning it, but the process seemed like more hassle than it was worth. I probably wouldn’t buy this again

"Wish there were more shade options"
I really wanted to like this, but the nude shades felt limited. If you have deeper skin, there just isn’t much to work with, which makes it feel like they weren’t really thinking about a wider range of people when they made it.

"Not worth the money"
I was disappointed with this. It looked okay at first, but after just one wash it started falling apart. Maybe I got a bad one, but that’s not something I’d want to risk again. The quality just isn’t there.
